Utility Room: Attached to the opposite side of the workshop and connected with an inner door, this utility room is fully insulated with a double-glazed thermo pane window in back and double glazed opening window in front. It has an installed artificial fireplace. It's 12 ft X 12 ft (3.4m X 3.4m) in size and has vinyl siding and steel roofing. Garden Tractor: No property is complete without a tractor.
