No Mexican vacation for the sportsman is ever complete without deep-sea fishing. The harbour abounds with charter boats waiting to take tourists out for a day of fishing. It's difficult to describe the thrill of hooking into a hundred pounds of fighting sailfish. One can only sit in awe as they rise from the water, twisting and wreathing, dancing across the surface before plunging once again into the depths. There is a special feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction when the ten feet of fighting fury is finally pulled on board. The temptation to have the sailfish mounted to preserve the moment for ever is overwhelming.
